She knew well the housing market and its selling brokers in my focused area, which allowed me/us to always get my desired times to visit houses within my tight criteria. Even though I was driving from over 1 hour and a half away, she routinely over two months every Saturday would have assembled at least half a dozen visits all back to back with no minutes to spare between each visit so I would maximize my search that week and have part of the Saturday for my personal needs.
